I did my back in a week ago and usually it's healed after a few days but this time no such luck and I've been in agony. Someone recommended physio which I've never done before and I just happened to see Josh's Instagram page and all the great reviews so thought I'd give him a try. I liked the fact that he reviewed everything and not just the main problem. I had my first session with him today and he was so thorough and informative. It really helped and after just one session my back feels so much better and I'm not in as much pain as I was. Will definitely be booking further appointments with Josh and trying some of the other treatments he offers. Thank you so much Josh.

After years of visiting osteopaths and chiropractors without success Josh is a breath of fresh air, he listens and advises honestly I have been to Josh twice now and can honestly say my lower back issue feels much better Josh has given me daily exercises to do which I believe helps ease the daily pains I look forward to seeing how my back improves with more visits to Josh Thanks again Josh!

I have had four appointments with Josh so far. I came to him with chronic ongoing back pain. I have seen chiropractors and osteopaths previously who have done nothing to alleviate the pain. The NHS have huge waiting lists and are far too focused on prescribing pain killers over resolving the issue. Josh took time to listen and understand the issue. He has given me a bespoke exercise routine which changes as i progress. Before I saw Josh I couldn’t even squat without extreme pain. In this short space of time this pain is now gone. I have full confidence In Josh and his open approach to dealing with the root cause of the problem. Someone who is invested in recovery and who explores every avenue to ensure you get the best out of each session.

I had a deep tissue massage with Josh and it was excellent. He quickly understood where I was tight and applied the right pressure throughout. Very professional and effective — I left feeling looser and more relaxed. Would definitely recommend.
