Met Josh for the 1st time yesterday , a lovely guy who’s very understanding caring polite and listens to u and doesn’t rush you like other physios I’ve seen do, showed me some exercises to do to help strengthen my shoulder and I was pleasantly surprised after trying the exercises how much my shoulder could move, I’ve ordered the resistance bands, i currently have no pain which is such a relief as I normally do , so glad I’ve met you and that I had my session today, anyone thinking to , please do you definitely won’t be disappointed 😁, thanks again Josh love Daniella

I contacted Josh with ongoing lower back pain that I’ve had for years and he quickly got to the root of the problem. He explained everything clearly and gave me a simple plan of stretching and strength work that worked to solve the issue within a month or two. My back feels so much better now and Ive learnt how to manage it properly. Highly recommend Josh to anyone.
