Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions: Bookings can be made in advance online via booking system, or by email, phone or text. Payments can be made online via booking system or by bank transfer. Payments can also be made in person, with cash or card. Please provide us with 24 hours notice if you are cancelling or rescheduling otherwise you will be invoiced for the the full amount of the therapy booked. The total time for your appointment includes; consultation, undressing, treatment, dressing, payment and rescheduling your next appointment. You will be allocated a treatment slot, and a late arrival will mean that the treatment time will be reduced; however, full treatment cost is still required. BetterMe Physiotherapy Clinic reserves the right to cancel or terminate any appointment for unforeseen circumstances or where BetterMe Physiotherapy Clinic considers that the client has been unreasonable or inappropriate use of any of the services provided. BetterMe Physiotherapy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. A copy of the full terms and conditions are available on our website.
