I visited Josh for a deep tissue massage. The massage was very good and that evening I had a very good sleep. The next day I expected to have painful muscles but was very surprised that the aches were a lot less than normal and even walked for about 2.5 miles with a lot less pain in knees than I usually have. Another session will be followed by very soon I hope. Thanks Josh.

Josh is a great physio who genuinely cares for your needs. He also gives a mean sports massage. I recommend Josh to anyone needing support.

Amazing deep tissue massage – I went in this morning not knowing the cause of my discomfort, and Josh really helped. I left feeling so relaxed and at ease. He also shared helpful advice, and I’m already feeling much better. Highly recommend!

Josh provided me with support, advice and went that extra mile to ensure that I received the correct treatment which I will be forever grateful for. After suffering with leg/hip pain that had been diagnosed by both the GP and a chiropractor as a hip flexor injury I visited Josh, as I was desperate to get better quickly and was looking for other ways to do so. Josh was very cautious and said that my hip/leg was so inflamed that he couldn’t treat it and to rest and do some simple exercises. After seeing Josh I contacted him regularly and explained that my pain was not getting any better. He was genuinely concerned and suggested that I seek further medical advice as he thought that perhaps I had a stress fracture. On the back of this I had a private MRI scan which showed exactly what Josh had suspected . I then went to A&E with the result and they would not review the private MRI nor would they listen to me. I was in horrendous pain and very upset and again Josh was a great support throughout and encouraged me to push for further medical advice . Eventually after going to another A&E I have been diagnosed with a stress fracture in my hip and will be having surgery for this in the next two weeks. I dread to think what would have happened without Josh’s advice and support. I fear that I would have just carried on under the advice of the GP and chiropractor (who had said that I would be fine to carry on running!!) and damaged myself to a point which may have been irreversible. I cannot recommend Josh highly enough. He is professional, knowledgeable, caring and supportive. I feel very lucky that I made my appointment with him!
